While the term "katsu" is often understood as a Japanese style of deep fried meat cutlet, in Japanese, "katsu" also means to be victorious. We hope that these delicious deep fried "katsu" sandos will bring you a sense of satisfaction as you enjoy them in the comfort of your home.
